Semi - sweet rose wine
Muscat - Mavrodaphne
The two grape varieties are blended. Traditional white wine vinification: the free-run must is separated, clarified by static sedimentation and the clear must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 15 ˚C. The fermentation process is stopped by refrigerating the wine so the sugar residual remains in the wine.
A sophisticated rose wine with aromas of red summer fruit and wildflowers. Rich mouth perfectly balanced between freshness and sweetness. This can be served either as an aperitif or with spicy dishes, fruit, cakes, and sweets.
