Following a maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature of 25˚C for a few days, the free-run must is transferred to a tank, where the malolactic fermentation takes place.
Garnet –red color with typical aromas of forest fruits & chocolate.
Full taste with supple tannins.
This wine accompanies grilled meats and cooked food with red sauce.
