Sosanna Katsikosta – Head Winemaker

Sosanna’s dream has always been the creation of fine wines that express the indigenous varieties of her homeland.

Born and raised in Aigio, before starting as the winemaker at Acheon Winery, Sosanna worked at Chateau Margaux, Margaux and Chateau Latour Martillac at Pessac-Leognan in France. Her dream had already led her to study viticulture in Nemea and then to follow further studies in Bordeaux and Toulouse, France where she received her diploma of oenology and to the University of Reins for her Master’s Degree in Wine Marketing.

She is the General Secretary of the Peloponnese Winemakers’ Association, she represents Wines of Peloponnese to the National Wine Tourism Committee and she is a member of the Greek Women of Wine Association.

Luke Katsikostas – Production Manager

Luke born and raised in the family business, with his extensive experience on viticulture and winery practices, oversees, manages, and directs vineyards and winery operations.

His main effort is to ensure they attain or exceed established quality standards and productivity goals so that the maximum wine quality level is achieved.

Katerina Katsikosta – Cellar Door Manager

After her studies in marketing and her career in the bank sector, Katerina returned to the family business to develop and enhance further the wine tourism experience at Acheon Winery.

Acting as the wine tasting ambassador for the winery with focus on wine sales, hosting and delivering exceptional guest experience, she manages the day to day operations of the Cellar Door, Wine Cave area and off-site functions where required.
