After 12 hours of extraction, the must be separated and fermented at a controlled temperature of 15 ˚C
Pink rose color, with an expressive aromatic bouquet and lively, fruity taste.
It can be served with delicacies of the Mediterranean cousin, grilled fishes, and vegetables.
Served at 8-10 ˚C
