Traditional white wine vinification:
the free-run must is separated, clarified by static sedimentation and the clear must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 15 ˚C.
White yellow color with aromas of citrus & white flesh fruits. Balanced on the palate with a refreshing acidity.
It can be served with seafood, shellfish, vegetable pies and international food.
Served at 8-10 ˚C.
