Red dry wine
Mavrodaphne, when vinified in a dry style, produces wines with deep red color, medium to full body, nice acidity and tannins.
It pairs perfectly the fruit density (plum, berries, cherries), the herbecius character (eucalyptus, daphne, sage) with chocolate and coffee aromas.
We are the first to vinify Mavrodaphne, an indigenous variety of our region, Achaia, in a dry, fresh style to best pronounce the complexity of the fruity character without the oak touch.
It is a fresh wine of a deep red color and a complexity of aromas of red fruit of plum and sour cherry. It is rich in flavor, with soft tannins.
