VARIETIES
White Muscat produces wines of a rare and complex aromatic character mainly of green fruits and flowers pronouncing mostly the unique aroma of the grape. White muscat is used to produce sparkling, dry or sweet wines.
WINEMAKING PHILOSOPHY
Traditional white wine vinification: the free-run must is separated, clarified by static sedimentation and the clear must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 15 ˚C.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The sweet wine made from the moschato variety is widely known, but the dry vinification of the white moschato is rare. Bright, golden-yellow color, with an intense fruity aroma with flowery notes. A delicate wine with vivid acidity. This wine accompanies grilled fish, green salads, and vegetable tarts.
