The grapes remain intact inside the refrigerator for 24 hours at 10˚C
After the destemming, the grape mass enters the vinificator.
"Bleeding" of the must after 12 hours and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Mild cool foam, with a fruity nose, crunchy acidity, and mild sweetness in the aftertaste.
Accompanies spicy delicacies of Mediterranean cuisine.
Serve at 8-10˚C.
